There's so much that can be said about nudes... one of the oldest art forms; and it can be so difficult to say it. It's usually easier to let the images speak for themselves. But I'll attempt at least a brief summary.
Usually, I prefer to work on location, and the images are sometimes as much about place as about the person, or at least about the persons relation to the place. I try to break a rule or two when possible. The models don't always avert their eyes, because they're people, not cliches. Sometimes they connect with the viewer. Sometimes they show emotion, they aren't just an abstract body. I tend to encourage these things.
The series will be updated periodically, as I revisit older images, as I'm approached by new models, as we continue to create.
My thanks to the models who endured heat, cold, wind, rain, snow flurries, and more, without complaint... and for their ideas and conversations, which always kept things interesting.
